email from Thera JordanI fired her off a quick email this morning regarding permits after some yahoo posted they might not come until August. Her response was <and I quote>
"We will definitely begin issuing the permits way before August arrives.
We have not had the need to issue any coal dispositions for the last 15
years, so as we get closer to actually issuing, new developments keep
cropping up. I am hoping that we have dealt with all of the surprises
and I can start issuing in the next couple days. (keep your fingers
crossed!!)"
I did not ask her about NAG, and did not mention any players by name, just asked about permits and being issued. I hope this helps somebody!
