I'm curious as to what he bases his optimisim on!

All they have in Saskatchewan are some permits to explore for coal.  They have no reported plans for drilling if and when they do get permits, I know they have received some of their permits.  This company in the states is another unknown.  Yes, it is in "coal country" but do they have proven resources on their property? I wonder why ACC wants to SELL a going concern, what problems could there be?

No doubt this is a LONG TERM venture, but if they ever hit anything big is a roll of the dice, and there are no guarantees that waiting long term, even for a hundred years will spell success.

PS: Why wait SELL now and buy back when the share price is going up, a long time from now!!!!
