Most people, me included, were hoping that the s/p would have popped up this summer. IMO it would have popped if the Sask. permit office did not take their sweet time and if the markets weren't so crap. I blame the permit office first and foremost!! P.S. - Sally and the other bashers ... your guys' efforts in reducing the s/p have been minimal at best.
