RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: I have read a report that saidI'm not implying anything.....I'm saying it out right ....I think NAG  has some serious problems going forward....

I've owned Hudbay Minerals, Mercator Minerals, Lundin Mining and Breakwater Resources to name a few....made money on all of them except Breakwater..

As to your need for me to elaborate... I believe the way the permit process works in Kentucky is once the Admin application is approved / concluded, there are still a number of processes / things to do before getting the permit. Again,  It is my understanding the applicant ( NAG or whom ever the permits' name is in ) must take out a weekly ad in the appropriate paper of jurisdiction once a week for 4 ( four ) weeks....which is then followed by a 30 ( thirty ) day waiting period that allows any objectors to come forward to object to the project  ie you , me, the farmer down the road, the EPA etc... The permit applicant  is allowed to proceed with the Technical Application / Process while this 2 ( two ) month period is ongoing. Same as the Admin application has gone back and forth for months, the much more detailed Technical Report can go back and forth for many more months. Lets hope there are no are no objectors to the project.

As you seem to have a need to know, since mid September 2009, I have purchased 250,000 shares of NAG....which might explain to you why I am so very disapointed looking forward.
