Also, I felt they could have waited a little bit longer, as the Market has just begun to realize how undervalued this stock is. NL has emphasized some good points about the issue. So it is reassuring and the stock is likely to move higher in the days ahead. Also one advantage of the issue is it gives a wider exposure to the stock. The more the publicity, the better for the stock value.
