I have been adding to my positon.  Imagine if they disrupt the industry.  Where will this go? Mind you there is always risk.   I love the management, I love the fundementals , I love the industry and I love how the company is communicating with shareholders.   This continues to check all my boxes.   I was waiting for a consolidation and for the .44 cent  gap to fill but it never happened.   
I will continue to add and average up.    Time and patience will hopefully pay off.

Very astute comment.  So have I and probably a few others in this.   I almost cringe when I hear  those kind of comments.  I am still holding a core but had to take profits along the way.   I like a lot about this company.   They have top research people,  stirling credentials and topline affiliations with Samung and LG.   What I don't like is they have

@marketsense Giving you my take from a chem eng background, I speculate that the reason why they have not named a prototype yet is because they have a working model from bench/lab test, but they just need to name one for pilot plant. Effectiveness of the tech was found to viable from the 10% silicon loading onto graphite anodes with third party validation, and it specifically mentions that the

Nice speculation ... to keep it short @marketsense, there's QuantumScape valued at 10B and Solid Power valued at 2B USD with no working prototype and solid-state technology is at least 5 years away from commercialization. Silicon anodes are much quicker to commercialization due to better tech dev and NBM is only worth 100M. This is the battery business
