Hi lscfa, With all due respect - you are wrong with this statement.  NBM did not give 40% of its business away to the JV partner...the deal was actually made through NBMKorea...a wholely owned subsidiary of NBM.  The difference is not mere semantics. We had hoped that this would have been conclusively addressed for all in the end-July webinar - which didn't happen yet, but is still

Get real. 40% to the JV means 40% less cash flow to NBM any way you cut it.

Within certain (and defined) markets.  Still leaves a lot of territory for a producing company.  That's the point.
