After giving 40% of the biz away to the JV partner they should be doing all the damn work.

Hi lscfa, With all due respect - you are wrong with this statement.  NBM did not give 40% of its business away to the JV partner...the deal was actually made through NBMKorea...a wholely owned subsidiary of NBM.  The difference is not mere semantics. Get real. 40% to the JV means 40% less cash flow to NBM any way you cut it.

Within certain (and defined) markets.  Still leaves a lot of territory for a producing company.  That's the point.
