Really sorry but I don't think you did your proper DD. Constant news flow each week and the bottom was tested at .53 already. NBM already signed over 13 NDAs with prototype sample shipped with a pilot plant construction underway. The fact you say this will fill the lower gap tells you didn't do your DD. Will listen to why you think it will fill, but you're going to have to make a very strong case for that.
