Anyone know what the hold up is?  Stock halted since Sep 26th (9 days).

My assumption is that there will be some more News that gets released prior to lifting the Halt. And I'd like to hope its very good news as in a partnership or large order.

The last time that I had a stock holding halted for this length of time was because Management was negotiating a complete buyout of the Company with a larger entity . Not saying this is the case in this instance but just making a observation.

Regenx got so tired of TSXV dragging their heels in approving their change of business it delisted and went to the CSE. Plus NBM is required to raise $3.9 million in financing. I assume it must be equity financing to meet TSXV minimum requirements of net assets.

The financing of 3.9M was concluded a long time ago... in the spring of memory. It was a private placement and there was no dilution of public shares. The financing of 3.9M is not the reason why NBM is still suspended. There is another reason that we don't know yet.   There are two possible options that should have a significant impact on the share price. Let's hope that the

There was an MOU if I'm not mistaken, by no means was  financing concluded..They have MOU's with a variety of ventures regarding their technology yet.....?. Let's hope it is  all positive when trading resumes
