Warrant Exchange w/ RBC

Warrant Exchange w/ RBCBe careful!
I called RBC to exchange my warrants today and the broker told me that I will get 1 share for my 3.75 wts, so far so good. Then to close the deal he tells me that it will cost me $1.00 to exercise every new share that I receive for my 3.75 wts. I told him that it doesn't make any sense what he said, because if I dump my wts I'll get 3.75wts x0.27=$1.01. With that money I could buy my own shares of MDN. The broker will call me back tomorrow after he clarifies his interpretation.  Anyway I just wanted to warn the warrant holders incase, because I almost accepted the exchange offer not realizing what he was really saying until he told me that I would be billed $1 per share to exercise them.
