Too good to b e thrue. It looks like someone screwed up from todsay's NR. Intentional or not,  NBY can delegate their authority to the contractor to build the road but not their responsibility! Bad planning  or bad supervision?  National Bank selling  = Insiders selling and taking profits. So, how long the corrective action to build the winter road will delay the drill ...more

Yes I just read that NR - they've angered the natives. We seem to be holding fine however...cooler heads prevailing perhaps.
