RE:RE:Presclubs
Hi,
Just some more notes on this after reviewing sales for today. A lot of cross trading between houses, and hidden trades. This difficult to identify when hidden. Some things do come to light though, some more houses were involved lately. A lot of small trades between $200 and $2000 all over the place, as has been lately over the last while once the dip has started. These tiny amounts used to control price in either direction... "some want to get out some want to get in. Some want to build" Some of the larger trades have between houses, also many were retails dumping today and the houses picking them up. The fact that so many houses are participating can only be seen as a blessing in my opinion for the long run.
I believe technicals do play a role, more for that the fact that they become a result of people taken credence to them. Especially in a small cap like this, and this company specifically. I do take into account, but I look at money flow, with the players involved, as more of a secondary to the real picture. That picture, which is superior revenue growth and profit, guaranteed by contracts. There is also the momentum they are building in a niche market in the middle east. The beautiful chart was broken for a few reasons, which in itself created fear, opportunistic trading, and doubt. There seems to be many people that use this site that play by the classic technical chart thesis, to live and die by. I think though so many stocks on the venture cannot be invested in on the same basis.
Just some extra fill on my part. Since using this site it is clear that you need a very good filter on what to ignore, what to consider, what is food for thought, and the opportunity the stock presents. I have learned that the history of posters go a long way to determining what is noise and what is beneficial to consider......
Cheers
