Dilution never popular
However necessary and however justified dilution always sinks the SP, at least in the short term. The ability of those privileged investors to buy more share at below market doesn't do anything possitiove either. I am still bullish here but my time frame has been widened considerably and I wont buy any more for some time until the ripples from this are smoothed out,

I would not consider 625,000 units of private placement, especially to directors of NDA as a dilution.
