Closing on April 16th. seems like a bought deal The closing of the Private Placement is expected to occur on or about April 16, 2021.

My perception is the shares have already been sold short and will be cleared in this financing. So the only new selling pressure will be at $1.75 CDN. So I agree by the dip! JMHO
