Indiva only co-manufactured for Bhang to the best of my knowledge and did a better job than Bhang did is my understanding.

Legal actions seem to name everybody in a fishing expedition, more like a nuisance suit chasing anybody related that they might be able to get an action against.

I haven't seen the official reason for the halt and if anybody has a link, pls post it.

I have a bid in for Indiva that I should maybe pull until we find out what is going on.

Bhang's major shareholder was PBIC and they had a connection to AIM at one time but both of those seem to be wiped out.

Jamie failed and took a fresh ipo to zero and a halt for not filing financials so if she winds up with BHANG it will need a lot more than what she brings to the table to turn it around imho.
