Without a Doubt There is Share Suppressionand a manipulation down to most likely keep this company in a vulnerable position and possibly a cheap buyout. It will not be in anyones benefit to totally kill the company where it will not be able to pay back debt.
I liken this to credit cards. Credit card companies like people who accumulate debt and can make their ongoing payments but not those from a business perspective who either carry no debt pay everything off or default there is no benefit to them in both cases.
So if whoever is suppressing the shares by putting up massive walls is thinking along this way it inevitably in a stock case will end in either a "cheap buy out" or ongoing debt fogiveness extension where SDNL will be paid on an ongping basis and possibly put back in place those things they took out in regards to ongoing payments.
It will be interesting to see how things play out but people have to be ready for the favorable buyout and equally a longer and possible dilutive game. I dont see this company folding although i dont know management well enough to see if they will find it in their interest to go the distance it really depends on them actually.
