Insiders are not buying at these prices, doesn't send a good message to shareholders...yes, there are times when they can and can't buy but they didn't buy for a long time now...i'm starting to lose confidence.

Yes, they are around 2millions and won't have to raise money from what I got told but since then, the SP keeps dropping and no insiders are buying so it shakes my co fidence for sure

I'll ask again since you didn't answer the last time. Who told you this and you say "since then" meaning when did they tell you this? Also, I believe insiders would be in a blackout period between quarter ending and releasing financials. Not that that's any excuse for the period before July 1st, but given the share price performance since then that just makes them good

I too would like to know the source of the information on the company's current cash position and the date same was disseminated. With lower Q2 revenues expected and acknowledged by management, payment of quarterly finance costs of about $1.1M (including interest on the Sundial loan), capital expenditures and the normal quarterly cash burn, it is hard to believe that a debt or equity

I wouldn't expect any possible upward momentum in NDVA stock price until after 2022 Q2 results.  Don't forget management's June 27th corporate update when they surprised investors with: "Due to delays in deliveries of new products, and delays in provincial delivery appointments, the Company now expects net revenue to decline sequentially from Q1 2022. why buy sounds like most of management just received shares in the deal (4 month hold period). yeah it cost them a little more than what they could have bought them for @17 cents. but management knows the stock will be trading higher than that in 4 months time otherwise they would not have done the deal they will be rewarded. also in 4 months time Q3 will be do out the #'s should be good. that

Me neither...i'm still loading at these levels and will wait until the end of Q4 before reassesment.
