Legalization

If this vote was to pass in the USA

would indiva receive a cash payout from canopy to terminate the agreement 

or

Would indiva sell there manufacture facility to canopy. 



I feel like they would sell out to canopy

Canopy would buy indiva instead having to pay 40+ millions in penality. They could pay a little extra and get the whole company with everything already in place. 200 millions+ imho!

I agree, they have paid more for companies with less sales revenue.

I think the original management owns the stock in the .70s  investors are around .24
