So the cheapest time for canopy to assume gummy production is 3.5 years from now when the agreement matures.  Next is right now when revenue is lowest. 
if you think they boot out Indiva when legalization occurs then you must think they do the same with all other wana licensees in all the states they sell in but don't produce which is all but Colorado. How much operational risk can they take on?  How much production expertise does canopy have.  

In the meantime Indiva interviews replacement and add on products. Give them some credit to deal with this change in circumstances over the next 3 years. Can they white label gummies for others like they did in the chocolate space with Legend?
