My read on the CCAA process is that there is an OPTION to address shareholders, but I don't think it's typical given that shareholders are last in priority.  I would dearly love to be ...more

By the sounds of it, original shareholders won't be getting anything unless some other company comes in with a bid high enough to cover all the debt plus pay out shareholders. Most likely SNDL ...more

Be happy...its just how many.... anywhere from 10 to 1 to 20 to 1....l hear 15 to 1 Indiva Group will emerge from creditor protection as a stronger company with a healthier balance sheet.
