NEEAs I have said before the recent takeover of Eclipse by NEE was poorly executed ,should never have happened and has likely resulted in Ken Berry resigning .As far as I could see he did a great job bringing the Moss mine to production and profitability .He likely opposed the takeover and has been sacrificed after Darth Vader sold off most of its shares .This has resulted in a halving of the share price .In the US shareholder lawsuits would be filed against those responsible .Since the mine is in Nevada that might still be possible .
