Well managed and fairly young and aligned Management group who are growing the company and returns.
I tend to avoid individual REITs, have kept my exposure to the sector in ETFS (XRE for me), but as a triple NET REIT, this is one of the few that isn't remotely exposed to the inflationary damage that normally hits REITs, and it's my only individual holding outside of the ETF I hold. I honestly think it's undervalued, but even ignoring that, track record of growing distributions indicates to me that it will, in my unprofessional opinion, beat the sector going forward.
