RE:Global Chinese Financial Forum - April 15Beluga, Here is my take on this. Ash is a co-founder and very likely holds a big chunk of shares, probably lots of warrants too (priced bellow $1). Why would you pay a CEO big $$$ when you can pay yourself as CEO? The current management fails to impress, I am kind of tired to give them OK grades (only because I am a shareholder otherwise they'll get big fat Fs). There is no clear path to move forward. We are talking about Europe? No need to, just register the patents and find local partners. They'll end up spending more dought while feeding us BS.
The expansion in Eastern Europe would be a mistake in my opinion. While the cost might be less, they will have to ship to western Europe when there is a market for these products. Again, this is uncharted territory and there is no data to suggest that there is demand for bio coffee pods in Eastern Europe.
They have the coffee pods and they say they can deal with mass production. You have to start somewhere and develop / finalize in the sector. Door knocking to all small / medium coffee producers and try to get a contract signed. That's what brings attention to the market. Not selling your own kind of coffee blends.
The value here is in the intellectual rights and commercialization of these rigths. No production, no commercialization in the strong North American markets trnslate into zero revenues.

I was once again note impressed with his performance. Technical issues at the start, mumbling and repeating the same things. Searching for the right words. Can't they get the CEO to present?
The lack of a clear path for shareholders is what was striking to me. Despite Ash's lack of charisma and message delivery issues, there are a lot of positive developments on the horizon for Nexe. He provided an update on the mask development. intention to licence the technology in the future, build manufacturing facilities on the east coast and Europe, etc. The vision is there, it's just hard for a viewer/shareholder to put it all together after a performance like that.
