Status of BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute) and SQFL

As per the company's MD&A: Certain customers will require NEXE to obtain SQFL Certification prior to delivering any purchase orders to NEXE. If NEXE is unable to acquire SQFL Certification, it may not be able to properly commercialize the NEXE Pods for the coffee markets.

Certifification certainly seems like a priority, and a potential roadblock. Anyone know what the status is? Did they even apply?

Both SQLF / BPI certifications expected soon(er rather than later). They don't have it yet, however they are confident they will get them.
