Global, you have made some quite serious allegations about the company in the last couple of days.  Then you have tried to justify your position by telling us that you are an accountant, specializing in tax law...but failed to acknowledge that you had misread the information provided by the company in their quartrerly report...and tried to fudge your way out of that.  Some tax accountant!

If you are here to spread some kind of theory about the company diddling the books (or the shareholders) with falsified information, I urge you to contact the company directly - perhaps they could assist you in reading their audited report.  On the other hand, if you are here merely to bash...well, we all know what to do with bashers!

Life is simply too short to have to endure this unhappiness, wouldn't you think?  Perhaps it might suit your temperament better to just simply sell your shares, rather than feel like you are caught up in a conspiracy.
