RE:RE:RE:Tidbit of infoIt certainly would be in the public sector where I spent my whole working life. Government legislation regarding conflict of interest to my knowledge does not apply to the private sector. I guess what you do in 'private' is your own business and should not be regulated by government. So if you own a business and want to hire your son or daughter it's entirely up to you. If you were the CEO of a school board, for example, you can't do it.
