He holds 51 million shares and at $20 per share, that is a cool billion. His average cost is way lest than $9 as he picked up much of his holdings in early PP's. Also, most likely he will seek a deal like Fosterville where he is able to both defer tax and participate in the development of the project and the mining profits as he did with Fosterville. Look for an all share deal with a properly capitalized major or perhaps some kind of royalty stream, or could even see a spin out of part of the property. He has many options. Also holding shares in a liquid major much better than an illiquid junior. I trust he will get a deal we can be happy with!
