This speaks to what is considered "material information", I'm assuming.  I'm curious about what is considered 'material'.  If they get a huge batch of results back from the lab that are, say, all <1 g, are they still required to release that info, or can they sit on those results and never release them?  

I'm wondering because it seems the assays should be pouring into their office weekly, if not daily, yet they'll only release 2 holes, or 5 holes at a time, not 40 holes.  Are they sitting on a whole bunch of assays that they haven't released in a nr because they aren't considered 'material'?
