Clarification of management compensation

Clarification of management compensation I asked the company about share compensation and below is what the response was employees are granted options

Thank you for your inquiry. Management does not receive any form of compensation in shares of the Company.  The company grants management, consultants and its employees stock options which are paid for by our people when exercised. The stock options are given a fair value on the date of grant using the Black-Scholles option pricing model. This does not mean that the individual has received this value in shares as oftentimes these options expire out-of-the money or the individual may forfeit the right due to departure from the Company.

Many thanks,
