Press releaseHoles 1033, 1095, 1103,1317 and 1346 all tested the SW extension of Iceberg and came up empty. On the plan view you can see the big thick iceberg red line being truncated to the SW. All of these holes are SW of that.
Holes 1157 and 1259B were two 25 m stepouts of the 1176-1217 line which did pop in the past. Hole 1157 now holds the record for the deepest hole at Iceberg to date.
Hole 1203 was a 25 m stepout of the 1283-1241 line which encountered only sniffs in the past.
Lastly, hole 1289 was a fill in of the 1170-1181-1232 line which also encountered only sniffs in the past.
Most of the better holes are to the NE.
