Nozz, please try to post all pertinent facts on issues. The ban in South Korea is only on until June 2024. Naked short selling is quite another issue which should have very strict penalties and fines imposed, not the kind where those caught say "it's the cost of doing business", but the kind that puts them in jail and/or bankrupts them.

I think S. Korea is experimenting to see what happens.
