KER gold stock investment podcast interviews gold stock analyst Dace Erfle.

He comments on LIO, Dolly Varden ( silver stock), Vizsla Silver, I 80 gold, and the junior explorers in general.

Key is his comments on financing the juniors in this time frame of the worst environment in the junior resource stocks, and gold stocks that are major, too, in his memory ( likely worst in history, for all intents and purposes).

I think this interview sheds light on NFG laying off staff recently. And, Dave Erfle even uses the phrase 'race', that juniors are in a race to get financing, which has been my thought, that if we are heading into a hard time of recession and a falling or even crashing general stock market, it would be NFG's situation that they are in a race to shore up their defensive position. I.e. ability to obtain ongoing financing, or a solution to this, such as a strategic partner supplying a huge capital investment, or possibly to get mining using Maritimes mill, or both.

A very excellent interview.
we are currently fully financed for the next 18 months the reduction in the work force is a result of the current drill program being smaller and more focused than the larger drill program that they just completed. They still have 63 full time employees which is considered large in the jr exploration space plus multiple contractors on site .Your key speaker on the video did say he expected the gold companies (seniors) price to catch up to the gold price and when that happens the good jrs will follow . To date NFG has had no issues raising money .and going forward they have many options. But 1st I think they must drill to depth to see if the high grade gold deposits go to depth as the geology suggests .once this is done
a plan will be made on what direction the company should take .If there aren't any favourable terms to raise money or get a partner or spin out a royalty they always have the option of mining some of the open pit deposits to finance future development themselves .They have put a team  together already that this could be a possibility if conditions lead to that being the choice .
