Well I'm hearing there is a shortage of drillers on the island. It is hard work drilling and helping on these drill rigs. A lot of the guys on these rigs are getting older and they are broke up from decades of hard work. And the younger generation for the most part just don't want to do physical work day in and day out. It's not for everybody. These guys are a rare breed. Getting water to the rigs is a challenge having to string out dozens of hoses to get water. Drilling gear and water pumps break down all the time.

All this gear is heavy high maintenance stuff that requires mechanical aptitude. There is going to be some growing pains but the really good part is the gold is there, there's lots of it and it's some of the highest grade stuff on the planet so there will be years and years of exploration work. Luckily for most of us guys we are getting in relatively early so there is still huge upside in all of these gold juniors. We are in the 3rd inning of a 9 inning ballgame for NFG's Queensway discovery and it's just the first inning for the rest of the guys. Lots of great news to come from what I'm hearing. Great time to be buying more shares of the NL gold juniors.

The sheer number and quality of NFG's drill results thus far, have been nothing short of shock and awe. It's truly remarkable that NFG started drilling their first hole less than one year ago. NFG is making a giant diagram  of the uncharted waters that they have discovered. Q.H. would say, that if you don't understand this, there is nothing else the Greek can tell you.  The

  When there is lots of visible gold in the drill core guys get excited and word gets out. But hey nobody knows what they got until the assays come back. You can get visible gold sometimes and the assays don't come back as good what guys thought and vice versa is true when you can't see the visible gold and assays come back higher than expected. Lots of gold out there and with that
