I know we have a winner here but is there a contact that one can reach out to at NFG with regards to the lack of news for two months?
Obviously they're not at liberty to pass on status of any forthcoming news, however would it not be prudent to provide a time line on an update.
The stock has been lethargic for quite some time.

Austin48:  This might help. Go to their webpage and bring up the contact page. It will explain how to contact the company. I did it a couple of times and the response was timely. However, just realise that you will not get much in the way of real information.

Well Austin48 would it not be prudent to provide a time line on an update. The stock has been lethargic for quite some time.  Well the prudent thing would to show up at the Annual Meeting on  September 17 and demand complete and utter accountability for this lethargy or you will unleash holy hellfirre or at least a verbal tongue  lashing until your satisfaction is attained

Like, it is because they registered with the exchange to raise money. When you have a shelf offering your in a quiet period, you can't announce news. treb

Actually a great,great uncle of mine was a decendent of Henry the VIII and i believe anyone in the kingdom with a silly name like IKE was banished and dealt with by his royal entourage. Great News by the way (i complain and poof there she blows!)
