Nonsense, it was a friendly takeover in which both management, BOD and shareholders accepted a takeover price with a majority vote! And Kinross was in talks with them for almost 4 years before they ...more

Postings on CEO.CA or on Stockhouse is not sufficient where only limited numbers of investors and potential investors visit. This requires a NR with much wider distribution.
