Last minute dump of shares........on both exchanges.
Why would any rational seller dump shares in the the last minute. Looks like 30,000 on the Venture, and maybe 40,000 on AMEX

Pre-programed stop losses are a target, and some people have had enough of this company, believe it or not. Most people are not die hard longs loosing money like most here are. Gee, I wonder how much have we made today here? EK

Hmmm....more Short manipulations.....yeah, most likely explanation. Still, somebody was buying big in that last minute, too. In last seconds the price moved up quite a bit.

NFG has a severe negative visibility image. Today is just another example. Suprising, as they are soon entering their first of three consecutive restricted Roadshows attended by Buyside wealthy investors and VC newsletters . Just what they need. Hopefully Dixie did not average down yet again ..
