Regarding Mr. Bowes, personally glad to see he will be Executive Chairman. He has displayed a lot of integrity/character over the past years in a very difficult market. He held tight to his convictions and even took a pay cut to help keep the company afloat, without diluting inappropriately. I sincerely hope he remains Chairman due to is long history with Northern and personal integrity. Badly needed in today's society. IMO, his chairmainship should not interfere with the new CEO.
Encourage everyone to do their own DD with regards to graphite mining, product development, etc. It is a very tough graphite market. Many companies will not succeed.
