RE:Big news

RE:Big newsYes. A offtake agreement being secured on behalf of NGC could send the share price  to about $150.
However, that is wishful thinking on your part Materials Man, i.e. "a little cash infusion" isn't going to cut the mustard, so to speak.

Also, you speak of a offtake agreement when the merely proposed Baie Comeau 200,000 tpa supersite graphite processing facility and "BAM" manufacturing plant is not anywhere close to being genuinely pursued? Heck, a simple $2.25 Million flow-through charity financing initiative can't even be immediately closed. What's up with that? I understood many mining investments specializing philianthropists love a tax break and free $0.75 warrants, eh.

As I suggested, a earn-in and offtake agreement issued to NGC by and on behalf of certain interested parties (e.g. a graphite mine operator and a certain battery materials and battery cells manufacturer( in support of  the expedited Bissett Creek graphite project could bring in a infusion of urgently needed capital investment for NGC.
Volkswagon's 2027 timeline for the PowerCo battery cells manufacturing plant in St. Thomas meshes nicely with the expedited development of Bissett Creek into a graphite mining operation.

By the way, I am sure you could mean to suggest that Graphex Technologies (U.S) LLC representatives can perhaps have a graphite "BAM" operation built and runing at full capacity before 2025, as they already intended to accomplish within the U.S.
There has been no news with respect to NGC's  merely proposed joint commercialization intention with Graphex Technologies (U.S) LLC. This Hyundai $5 Billion battery cells plant within Georgia relating news could go a long way to expediting the decision of Graphex Technologies (U.S) LLC representatives have made to expand that facility within the U.S.
Who knows? I know that NGC is due for some news?.
