RE:RE:NGC Didn't Even Make The List Of Companies

RE:RE:NGC Didn't Even Make The List Of CompaniesSyrah Resources Ltd stands out on that list MaterialsMan.

When a given critical element becomes frenzy level popular, like graphite and graphite battery anode material, and every management type operating a so called graphite miner tries to disingenuously hitch their wagon onto the latest  vertically integrated graphite miner trend and fails miserably at doing so, that is for now Northern Graphite Corporation for you.

It's a well known fact that unlike Syrah Resources Ltd., this company doesn't have a developed "BAM" product to submit to NDA collaborating partners, battery materials manufacturers and battery cells manufacturers or any automotive manufacturers for performance testing , validation and ultimately real world conditions testing and qualification.

By the way, the clowns over at NeoGraf Solutions LLC (a company which for all we know NeoGraf could be close to insolvency with it's lenders and creditors calling in their notes) don't have proprietary process manufacturing IP supporting the development of a battery cell chemistry utilizing graphene nor the intellectual property necessary to de-risk the production of graphene enhanced battery anode, electrolyte and cathode components materials either.

We know that NGC's merely proposed non-binding agreement Graphex Technologies U.S. LLC is being entirely de-emphasized by Mr. Jacquemin &Co. It's almost as if said so called agreement simply never existed at all and was the spoiled fruit resulting from some dinner conversation amongst Mr. Jacquemin and some China based business associate, i.e. some specific person  holding his control of shares in the parent company of Graphex Technologies U.S. LLC within some Cayman Islands domiciled corporate entity.

I wouldn't throw good money after bad here with Northern Graphite Corporation.
I would much prefer to stick with Syrah Resources Ltd.
After all, Syrah Resources Ltd is "the real deal" MaterialsMan.

Hmm? Why not ask those over at Syrah Resources whether they would consider buying (lock, stock and barrel) the entirety of Northern Graphite Corporation for $0.50, perhaps even $0.25 - looks like that is where the NGC share price is heading?
I am sure Mr. Sprott" and Imerys SA representatives can make that happen quicker than you can imagine MaterialsMan.
