"when" or "if" NGC is successful youknowwhat ?From a business perspective, NGC is already a roaring success moving from just another graphite exploration Co to a graphite producer...the only one in North America. They have sales and customers....not just a bunch of moose pasture and a dream like all the other graphite wanna-bes.
Plus a CEO on 1st name basis with most/all players/customers/downstream processers in graphite space.
Other factors are out there...IRA helps biz plan immensely, bank stocks paying 7% div's...not so much, that impacts how Mr Market impacts SP of late.
