RE:RE:RE:FUDster1...at it againYouknowwhat,

It's my opinion and I am telling you that sooner rather than later that Namibian mined graphite should be process manufacturerd into full value added finished Spheronized Coated Purified Graphite "BAM" right there in Namibia and shipped directly to battery cell manufacturers operating within Europe (e.g. UK, France, Germany, Hungary, etc.,) and their respective automotive OEM partners.
What's more, obviously whomever actually performed the end to end and "comprehensive costs analysis" (obviously inclusive of geopolitical aspects) to going about mining in Namibia (Africa) any other way, i.e. shipping the semi value add graphite feedstock to Quebec, Canada or anywhere out of Namibia for that matter, was at some point in their lives clearly hit very hard with a stupid stick Youknowwhat.

It's somewhat foolish and clearly inexperienced linear thinking to believe that the Namibian Government does not reserve every right, as does the Chinese Government or any other government administration globally, to in future require that all graphite and graphitic materials product can not be exported in any form other than in the form of the stated and duly declared intended finished product or products.
Keep in mind that China leadership is potentially about to show the world how such a potential and very specific National export policy directive could work and be "quite timely" leveraged.

The riches of any African nation can no longer be taken for granted by the "proxy exploiters" representing the the greedy and warmongering interests long maintained by or on behalf of certain North American and Western world member state nations.

Exploiting the critical element product export without "giving specifically much more" to the peoples of Namibia, indeed all the peoples of Africa, has become quite frowned upon by and on behalf of African nation representatives on behalf of African peoples.
As a reference of such a clearly unprepared for backlask, just look at what is happening in Panama, Chile, etc.

You actually believe Africans and African nation politicians and African nation power brokers to be any less intelligent than their counterparts in the West?
Get a clue people. Not everything is symmetrical in politics, nations production of wealth for it's peoples and economic warfare or physical warfare vs. any given member nation state or nation states collectively.
