RE:looks like financials filed on SEDARExactly what "offtake to help fund Baie Comeau" are you referring to?
We note NGC does not manufacture "BAM" nor does the company presently have a commercialization partner necessarily possessing the experience, the intellectual property and proven "BAM" proccess manufacturing capabilities required.
A old and likely now discarded MOU amongst two parties is not sufficient Ogopogo007
You stated "No wonder they needed to raise $$$"
Yes. "Sprott" will provide desperately needed capital in return for much larger slices of any existing Lac des Illes gross profits (another 4% worth this time around) and accumulating and rolled in interest payments serviced by NGC share issuances in lieu of carried forward and rolled in interest owed - that's ultimately dilutive.
Namibia isn't happening anytime soon. If this company doesn't ensure to successfully extend the mine life at LDI within the next shorter while, it may have to sell the Namibian assets just to cover the ever so burdensome and unrelenting costs of employee compensation and associated bonus equity awards.
