RE:sure would be nice......tomorrow Ogopogo007,
Hmm? What offtake agreement or two would you be referring to Ogopogo007?
After all, NGC representatives collectively don't currently have the technical capabilities and the company doesn't have the proprietary technologies and process manufacturing methods, equipment nor the necessary experience and knowhow with which to go about developing any kind of SCPG anode material for EV manufacturers and/or their battery cells manufacturing partners.
Look, perhaps the company representatives earlier this month actually did "firm up" and consummate that joint venture graphite "BAM" commercialization deal with Graphex Technologies LLC; as had been clearly suggested by the editor of OliPrice.com within that January 9, 2023 article he wrote featuring Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and it's U.S. based subsidiary company, which is to be 100% spun out of the China based Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and 100% purchased by a NASDAQ-listed "blank check company"?
In such a "specific event" having taken place, it would be clear that Northern Graphite Corporation would now have a bonafide joint venturing graphite "BAM" commercialization partner in Graphex Technologies LLC.
Perhaps the founding owners and those majority stakeholders having listed and fully funded that NASDAQ SPAC vehicle, i.e. the party or parties "fronting" the proposed 100% purchase transaction and would be outright collectively controlling purchasers of Graphex Technologies LLC, would perhaps also want a larger equity stakehold of a perhaps later combined Northern Graphite Corporation?
I can perhaps see something like that happening; and yet I am the one who is apprently blinded to the reality of Northern Graphite Corporation's potential, eh?
By the way, regarding Graphex Technologies LLC, you should know that said company is "also in advanced and late-stage testing with the auto industry, battery manufacturers, and OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). And it already has JVs and offtake deals with non-Chinese entities that meet the strict compliance requirements set down by the Biden administration’s Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)."
