RE:Hugues Jacquemin, CEO of Northern Graphite needs to be fired
Suspend all managment compensation immediately. How can Hugues and others continue to reward themselves for poor performance? How long are shareholders expected to bleed while these incompetent executives add to their millions of shares with more cheap annual options at our expense.
They fail to execute. They fail to manage our captial markets. They fail to effectively message to the market. They fail to deliver on one single LOI, non binding etc in almost two years. Yet all this time, they pay themselves generously and compensate themselves with cheap options and fat expense accounts..all on our dime.
Hugues, Greg and others are all sinking this ship through a lack of competence and professionalism.
Suspend all performance bonuses and compensation until they can deliver on something real, something of value...and not another expired promise or LOI which only kicks the can down the road for yet another round of salary, bonuses, and all time low options compensation.
Call the company. Email the company. No more compensation until shareholders see some competent execution. After almost two years of market cap destruction, is that asking too much from this failed managment group?
Enough is enough.
