RE:RE:Up 19% as I type What happens to the NGC.V share price when the company reveals precisely what was paid - specifically in what quantum - for the purchase of the assets, IP license and R&D team of the battery division of Germany's Heraeus Group?
I'll reiterate though, irrespective of the costs to be borne by we NGC equities investors (man it looks fiscally painfull, lol), this purchase represents a positive step toward NGC walking the walk and not just talking the talk.
The high-performance porus hard carbon material developed and patented by Germany's Heraeus Group, the "ProcarbTM" product, represents for NGC Battery Materials Group an arrival to the graphite material value add products downstream business arena.
The purchase is to be financed by selling of excess production capacity to partners and other material developers.
The company also has access to a pilot plant or demonstration plant which has the capacity to produce up to 100 tpa of "ProcarbTM".
Hmm? All very interesting to say the least
Is Germany's Heraeus Group setting NGC Battery Materials Group to become it's North American based business unit extention and would Germany's Heraeus Group be intending to partake in the capital financing initiatives required for the buildout of the proposed Baie Comeau facility?
Well, I guess this is confirmation that there is another at least eight years of provable graphite resource to be found within the existing pit at Lac des Illes.
That too is certainly positive and is for me a big relief; and that is understaing my relief gripnRip.
