Deals are coming because of NGC's recent purchase of the Heraeus Group battery R&D business in it's entirety, the securing of the comprehensive "PorocarbTM" IP license and NGC's cabability to immediately go about process manufacturing 100 tonnes per annum of the "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode additive coating material product.
For now, Heraeus Group has been placed in the pole position here with Northern Graphite Corporation, this in preparation for the comprehensive "PorocarbTM" joint ventured development and commercialization of a proprietary battery anode material coated with Hearaeus Group's "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode additive coating material.
That merely initial 10,000 tonnes per annum of "BAM" to be produced by Graphex Technologies LLC within the U.S. and Canada (later upwards of 35,000 tpa of proprietary "PorocarbTM" "BAM") could be made to feature Hearaeus Group's "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode additive coating material.
There deals coming fro NGC. That's what It certainly looks like.
