NGC Management, ie Hugues, are a JOKE, I'll tell you why...Nouveau Monde Graphite today announced the industry's first BINDING off take deal with Panasonic and GM...totalling approximately 250 Million over seven years etc....congrats to NOU for showing our utterly incompetent management team WHAT A REAL NEWS RELEASE LOOKS LIKE.
NOU is up almost %30 as I type and guess what, the market is buying...Why? Because their CEO and management team just delivered something real, something definitive, something BINDING, and something long term. They just created value for shareholders.
What do our corporate clown group do? Nothing but provide excuses. "Well, you know....it's tough market right now, all graphite stocks are down...etc etc etc..." This is what you get when you ask these morons about an update and to explain the horrible share price performance.
NOU doesn't even have a mine! They don't even have anode technology! They have no financing! They don’t have their permits! They are still in development!!! They need like one billion plus for their mine etc....OMG...no mine, no tech, no permits, no financing....but both Panasonic and GM both have the confidence and trust to hand over millions and millions of dollars based on their relationship and confidence of NOU delivering. Why and How is that possible? Here we are, the only producing graphite mine in NA...doing the thing that no one else is doing...the thing that everyone needs....the thing that is the most derisked and palatable for financial invesment...and what do we have in terms of binding partners and financing, we have nothing. NO BINDING ANYTHING WITH ANYBODY. When I talk about Hugues and Greg and Pav and Mr Birge all being incompetent, today's news release RE NOU, in relation to NGC, this is what I'm talking about.
How can we be so incompetent? How can our mindless leaders only deliver share price destruction, share dilution and expired non binding, LOI's to our shareholders over the span of nearly two years that Hugues has been a failed CEO of this sinking NGC ship?
How can any of these guys justify keeping their jobs? Mr Birge quietly buys share at all time company lows with privilege of knowing what may or may not be coming down the pipe...on top of his options for doing what? For overseeing what? He sits on the board of this Titanic and offers nothing but excuses for poor performance? Who hired Pav Jordan Mr Birge?...probably the worst IR of anything I have ever seen in my life. Messaging, what messaging? Pav should be putting a NR together and congratulating NOU for showing the rest of us how to execute. As foreign that word is to NGC management...execution, Pav, Hugues, Greg, Mr Birge...NOU is showing all you clowns what it means to execute...and they don't even have a mine or anode tech....how embarrassing. Panasonic and GM trust NOU more than they trust you, Northern. What a failure in every measurable category.
Our management is obviously too old, too slow, too tone deaf, too ineffective, too late, and too much out of runway. All of you should be embarrassed reading NOU's news release today. Northern should be the go to for North America period based on our assets and location. We are the lowest of the low hanging fruit and all we do is fail. Silence. Nothing.
Investors, all investors, high net worth, and retail all need to call the company and pressure this board to fire these corporate clowns. These incompetent, over compensated executives that produce nothing and take everything.
Oh, that's right...Hugues now says we are a technology company in his latest blurb from the company on X...a technology company, wow. Just like that hey Hugues...now you get to play 'tech CEO' at our expense...something I'm sure you have always wanted to do...I think Hugues just likes to hear himself talk more than anything...I guess no one cares because we still sell off in the market daily...shorts love us....while you play 'tech' NOU is delivering where it matters and where it counts...Hugues, you are JOKE, an utterly useless failed CEO. An over compensated joke.
Enough is enough. Fire these non producing corporate clowns and lets hire NOU's management team. They just showed us today what performance is and what a real, proper news release looks like.
