NOUVEAU MONDE SETS THE BARCongratulations to Nouveau Monde for getting the first BINDING offtake of graphite and setting the bar for what success looks like.
With this momentus deal, all the excuses, explanations, and word salads produced by Northern Graphites' management for their failure to execute is exposed to all shareholders...because now we know WHAT IS POSSIBLE:
1. BINDING deals are POSSIBLE.
2. Partnerships with top tier companies (Panasonic, GM) IS POSSIBLE.
3. Selling graphite you DONT have from a mine that DOESNT exist yet and a processing plant that HASN'T been built... is POSSIBLE.
While NGC keeps hiring people, getting board members, board advisors,, etc... for some amazing thing that hasnt happenend, Nouveau Monde closes on a BINDING Deal.
Theres more people in Northern's management team than in an Italian wedding party.
To the management of Northern Graphite: Close something of value that MAKES SENSE to shareholders. With all due respect to 1Student, im not interested in reading tea leaves to understand what this management team is doing. That last news release was classic PENNY STOCK CR@P with all the words from a Kamala Harris word salad..
Northern's release:
We are ESTABLISHING a battery materials GROUP that is GROUND BREAKING, with COMMITMENT and CAPACITY and CAPABILITIES, EXCUSLIVELY licenced as a KEY PLAYER, in the EVOLVING market...to the PORO-CARB that is a PIVITAL MOVE with WEALTH of SCIENTISTS to ACCELERATE the EXECUTION of the VISION , blah blah blah."
Nouveau Monde:
We have a BINDING agreement with GM and a BINDING agreement with PANASONIC for 18000 TONNES of material EACH. for $$$$$ DOLLARS over 7 YEARS... Both GM and Panasonic have EQUITY stakes in the company.
Boom! Thats how its done...See the difference...
