RE:RE:RE:Is NGC NASDAQ Bound? Can it be? Ah! $0.18 to $22.00
1Student, you're bugging me now. I will be the first to congratulate these guys for literally, doing their job and delivering what their job description entails. I get the corporate presentation, bla bla bla...we can drink some kool-aid and sit around the board room fire pit and talk about all these big and wonderful plans that have been the talking point for the past year and half...as we continue to sell off in the market by shorts having their fun because out group fails to live up to any of these big plans.
You and this 'Heraeus Group deal' are killing me. If the news was so great why does the market not buy in? Why do we sell off, constantly. NOU news release was clear, concise and didn't leave investors scratching their heads try to sift through the techno mumbojumbo, trying to determine wtf the news release actually meant. NOU was a proper professional NR. I read 'Heraeus Group deal' and was left with, okay, it all sounds good, sure big scientific words, a few names dropped, but...nothing in that news release stated that we had acquired BAM anode tech, nothing, and that is a really big missing piece of the puzzle right now...you're bugging me re that...and all the other stuff, ya we have all been to that rodeo and seen that movie for the past almost two years brother...you're bugging me on that as well.
It's all talk from these guys until they actually execute something that all of us dont have to debate and argue about wtf the news release actually, really means...remember, if the market doesn't by it, it doesn't and that's the smell test. We are a publicly traded stock on the open market, not a private company. We should be articulating ourselves accordingly. The Heraeus Group Deal is a liability for me, as well as the market, until it isn't. If I am wrong, then the company, our loser of a CEO Hugues, get in front of a f camera and explain the market and the interviewer exactly how that deal will provide value for shareholders....cuz the NR did not do that.
To exercise our $1.10 warrants, the share price will have to be at least 1.25/1.50 by April of 2024, this year, latest. Good luck with that.
You're bugging me.
