It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of graphite and other battery mineral properties. It is focused on producing natural graphite and upgrading it into high value products critical to the green economy, including anode material for lithium-ion batteries/EVs, fuel cells and graphene, as well as advanced industrial technologies. Its mining operations and projects include Lac-des-Iles (LDI), Okanjande, Bisset Creek, Mousseau West, and South Okak Project. The LDI graphite mine is located approximately two kilometers south of Lac-des-Iles, Quebec, approximately 110 km northeast of Ottawa and 180 km northwest of Montreal. The Okanjande graphite deposit, located approximately 22 km south of the town of Otjiwarongo, and the Okorusu processing plant. Its products include natural flake graphite, natural flake graphite for friction applications, and others.

25.0 Interpretation and Conclusions

25.1 Geology and Mineral Resources


As of December 31, 2023, using a 2.3% graphitic carbon (Cg) cut-off grade, Indicated Mineral Resources are estimated to total 3.29 million tonnes (Mt) at an average grade of 6.4% Cg, containing 213 kt of Cg. In addition, Inferred Mineral Resources are estimated to total 1.43 Mt at an average grade of 7.4% Cg, containing 106 kt of Cg.
